I have been out of commission for the past day and a half.....my new best friend has become the nearest toilet bowl. It seems I'm the third group member to get sick on this trip (all boys!) and Jenesa has ordered room service the past two nights because I haven't been able to leave the hotel room.

Luckily, I haven't had to miss any of the group activities during this time. We had another game drive through the Hluhluwe-Umfolozi Game Reserve (second oldest national park - Yellowstone is the oldest - in the world!).
We had the rare opportunity of getting a faint picture of a cheetah in the distance. It's really a flip of the coin whether or not you'll see a cat.....lions, leopards, and cheetahs are super tough to find. The other animals – rhinos, giraffes, elephants, zebras – literally come up right beside your vehicle for pictures.

Speaking of animals coming right up beside your vehicle.....this guy may think twice before he decides to self-drive through the park again. He was literally surrounded by giraffes at one point.
On another high note....Today I actually had my first solid meal in 2 days!......SUSHI! We just couldn't resist sitting down at John Dory's Fish & Grill....it had a rotating carousel of sushi all the way around the bar! It was awesome!

Plates of sushi paraded past us at the bar while we watched the sushi chef craft new items behind the counter. I might just get sick again....but I LOVE SUSHI!!!
